How quickly does the chill stick start to cool my wine?

If the wine has already been chilled in the fridge, the chill stick will help to maintain the cold temperature for longer, the duration can depend on external factors such as the exterior temperature around the bottle.

If the wine has not been chilled previously, the chill stick will get to work in just a few minutes.

How long does the chill stick take to freeze?

The cooling rod can freeze in just two hours, but we recommend leaving it to freeze for at least four hours. Make sure you leave the chill stick in the freezer whenever you're not using it, you never know when someone's going to bring a warm bottle round!

Do I have to put the entire chill stick in the freezer?

No, you can unscrew the cooling rod from the pourer and stopper. This means you can keep the pourer/stopper in your drawer and use it for other bottles, plus the separate cooling rod easily fits in the gaps of your freezer.

What kind of wine can I use with the chill stick?

The wine chill stick is suited to white wines so you can enjoy them perfectly crisp and cool. It's also great for rosés too.
