I'm Hannah and I started Livava Home in 2024. I'm so happy you found my site!
The story behind the name
The name Livava is made up of two special names of two little girls very close to my heart.
✨ Liv – my best friend’s baby girl, who tragically passed away at just six months old from a rare neurological condition called Pontocerebellar Hypoplasia. Her life was short but filled with love and warmth.
✨ Ava – the child I longed for, who came into our family through adoption after years of infertility and loss. She represents hope, new beginnings, and the joy of dreams finally fulfilled.
Together, Livava symbolises love, warmth, and hope – the very heart of the brand.
The Journey Behind the Brand
My journey through infertility was one of the hardest chapters of my life. In those years of waiting, grieving, and longing, creating my home became my therapy. Decorating and styling rooms, finding colours that lifted my spirit, and surrounding myself with beautiful, things gave me focus and joy. It saved me from some very dark days – that, and the unconditional love of my dogs, Charlie & Rosie.
Through that experience, I realised how powerful a home can be: not just four walls, but a place of healing, joy, and expression.
Why Livava Home is different
I wanted to take the endless searching, scrolling, and overwhelm out of finding homeware that was beautiful and affordable. Instead, I dreamt of creating a space where people could find those perfect pieces – the ones that you love that feel like you – all in one place.
