Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Livava Home. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return under the policy below.
Our Returns Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us that you wish to return it. Once your return has been approved, you then have 14 days to send the goods back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, with tags or labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Alternatively, please contact us at hello@livavahome.com and we will be happy to help. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A £4.50 fee for the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Jewellery-Specific Returns

Pierced earrings and other intimate jewellery items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty or damaged.

Other jewellery items (rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) may be returned if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Faulty jewellery must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Please provide a photo of the defect when contacting us.

Refunds for faulty jewellery will be processed to the original payment method, and exchanges can be requested for the same item or another of equal value.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalised products

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Pierced earrings and other intimate jewellery items (unless faulty)

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted and refunded, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@livavahome.com.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the right to:

Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Return the goods within a further 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.
These rights apply in addition to our store’s returns policy.
