How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout prompts. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

Do you offer Klarna or buy-now-pay-later?

Yes — Klarna is available at checkout, so you can split your purchase into manageable payments.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 2 hours of ordering at hello@livavahome.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes — digital gift cards are available on our site and delivered by email.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivery takes 1–2 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is £4.50, or Express if you need it quicker for £6.00. Standard shipping is free over £40 and Express is free over £100.

Can I leave delivery instructions or choose a delivery date?

Unfortunately we're not able to accept specific delivery instructions or scheduled delivery dates at this time. Once your order is dispatched, you can manage your delivery directly with the courier using the tracking link in your shipping email.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Please email us at hello@livavahome.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.

Which couriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail and Evri. Standard and next-day delivery options are available.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please use our self-serve portal: account.livavahome.com.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are deducted from the refund amount. If your item is faulty or damaged, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?

We're so sorry! Please email hello@livavahome.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping cost.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — contact us and we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Are sale items returnable?

Final-sale items cannot be returned unless damaged.

Products

Will an item come back in stock?

Click "Notify me" on the product page to be emailed when it's restocked.

Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

For bulk enquiries please email hello@livavahome.com.

Gifting

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Gift wrapping isn't available just yet, but I'd be happy to write a complimentary handwritten gift message with your order. You can also purchase a card at checkout and I'll write your message inside before sending it on.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes tracking and reordering easier.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page and follow the email instructions.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email from us. If you'd prefer, you can email hello@livavahome.com and we'll remove you from our list.
