Black Friday Promotion – Terms & Conditions

 

Eligibility

1.      This promotion is run by Livava Home

2.      Offer applies to orders placed during the Black Friday promotional period only.

3.      Customers must be aged 18 or over.

 

Free Tote Bag Offer

1.      A free tote bag will be included with the first 25 orders over £50 (excluding shipping).

2.      The £50 minimum spend must be met in a single transaction.

3.      Tote bags are subject to availability and will be automatically added to qualifying orders.

4.      No cash alternative is available.

 

Sitewide Discounts

1.      Discounts apply only to selected items as marked on the website.

2.      Discounted prices are valid only during the promotional period.

3.      Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated.

 

Surprise Voucher (10–35% Off)

1.      Each eligible order will receive one surprise discount voucher to be used on a future purchase.

2.      Voucher value will be between 10% and 35%, assigned at random.

3.      Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.      Vouchers must be used within the specified redemption period: 1 January – 28 February 2026.

5.      Only one voucher can be used per order.

6.      Vouchers cannot be used on sale items, gift cards, or combined with other discounts unless stated.

 

General Terms

1.      Livava Home reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

2.      If any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected, Livava Home may cancel affected orders or vouchers.

3.      Standard return and refund policies apply. If a qualifying order is returned and the refund reduces the order value below £50, the tote bag must also be returned unused and in original condition.
